January 31, 2021 Match info

We will hold a 3-Gun match on Sunday January 31 at 10:00 am, registration at 9:30 am.

Match will use USPSA Multi gun rules.

Social distancing requirements will be followed. Mask are required during registration and anytime shooters or ROs can not maintain a minimum of 6 ft social distance from others present during match. Squad sizes of 10 will be enforced. Shooters do not have to wear a mask while shooting, however the RO will need to if less than 6 ft from shooters.

Mark Otto is the match director and will set up 5 stages.
Round count is approximate and does not include misses:
No steel bird shot, magnum pistol loads, steel core, green tip, armor piercing, tracer, or incendiary ammunition are allowed.

Rifle: 100 rounds
Pistol: 100 rounds

PCC 100 rounds

Shotgun: 100 Birdshot (7 1/2 or 8)
There are stages that may require additional pistol or rifle magazines and/or shotgun shell caddies.

Save the date, we will be hosting a 3-gun match on January 31.  Round count and number of stages will be announced after the 1st of the year.  Match director will be Mark Otto!

• Must keep CDC recommended social distancing of minimum of 6 Ft. on all venues while at club. If maintaining a six foot distance is not possible at all times then everyone present in that group not living in the same household MUST WEAR A MASK, EVEN IF OUTDOORS.  Not required to wear a mask while shooting, score keeper/RO Is required to wear a mask as are others in squad not shooting.

The gates open at 9:00 am for the match. Please bring snacks, water and any food you will need as the gates close after the match starts. As a reminder motorized vehicles are not allowed inside the shooting bays during a match.

Sept 29 3-Gun Match is canceled.

This match has been canceled due to the volunteer match director’s unexpected obligations.  Hope to place it back on the calendar when we can.

 

June 30 3-Gun match is cancelled

After visiting with our match director; CCGC and our match director have decided that due to the lack adequate pre-registrations to cancel the June 30 match.  We hope doing so early enough in the week will allow shooters to make other plans.

Dec 30 match update

Here are the stages that the match director has provided.  There will be a 5th stage for pistol or shotgun using 2 plate racks, we are waiting on the diagram.  Due to the weather forecast we recommend you check back here and/or our facebook page Sunday morning prior to heading to the club.

3Gun match for Sunday Sept. 30 is cancelled

The match has been cancelled for Sunday 9-30 due to the range receiving another 1 3/4 inches of rain Wednesday night/Thursday morning.  That makes just under 17 inches in last few weeks with more in the forecast for Friday & Saturday.  Until next time stay dry and shoot safe.
