Classifier and other info for the 7-30 match

Here is the info for the specific classifiers for the 7/30 match.  Classifiers are 02-13 times 12, 08-13 times 223, 04-13 flying by 1,08-13 crash or burn. The original stage has 20 steel pistol targets and 12 paper rifle targets.

couple reminders:

  • 2 gun shooters that are using a pistol and carbine may not use their pistols to shoot clay targets, clay targets may only be shot with a shotgun.
  • PCC shooters will need to bag or place their PCC firearms in a cart/gunrack when finished shooting and when traveling between stages.
  • no pistol holsters are allowed that would cause the user to break the 180 degree rule when drawing or re-holstering (cross-draw, shoulder, FBI cant etc.).

Craig Cook will be the match director and will set up 5 stages. We will have four (4) classifier stages and an action packed high round count 5th original stage. Our middle of the summer matches last year were short and quick, we had lots of positive feedback on this format for middle of the summer matches last year.  The October 29 match will have two classifiers so we can make our required minimum of 6 classifiers for this calendar year as a 3Gun Nation (official) Affiliated Club.  The October match will also have between 3 to 5 original stages depending on the match director.

Round count is approximate and does not include misses:
No steel birdshot, magnum pistol loads, steel core, green tip, armor piercing, tracer, or incendiary ammunition are allowed.
